Perfect for couples who want complete support from planning through the wedding day, this package includes unlimited contact via phone, email, and text during business hours, with at least one assistant included unless otherwise discussed. We provide venue and vendor recommendations with booking support, budget management and payment reminders, and a fully customized wedding day and rehearsal timeline. Design and décor planning is included, covering theme guidance, color palettes, and décor recommendations, along with RSVP and guest list management. Attendance at vendor meetings (virtual or in-person), coordination of vendor setup and logistics, and rehearsal guidance (up to 1.5 hours; dinner not included) ensure every detail is handled. Full day-of coordination is included for up to 12 hours.

This package includes vendor recommendations and follow-ups for remaining services, one assistant unless otherwise discussed, and support with final timelines, layouts, and floor plans. Budget review and décor guidance are provided, along with coordination of décor vendors for setup. Rehearsal coordination is included for 1–2 hours (dinner not included), followed by up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination. This package includes one planning meeting held 4–6 weeks before the wedding, along with one assistant unless otherwise discussed. Vendor contracts and details are carefully reviewed, and we become the primary point of contact for all vendors following the review meeting. A customized wedding day timeline is created, rehearsal coordination is provided for up to 1.5 hours (dinner not included), and full wedding day coordination is included for approximately 8–10 hours.
